# Usage

The **Usage** page is available to organization owners and administrators. It reports usage for the active environment.

Use the monthly overview to review total instance hours and estimated cost. The instance-type breakdown shows which compute sizes contribute to usage, while the daily chart helps identify unusually busy days or resources left running.

Values shown in Studio are estimates based on recorded platform usage. Use your cloud provider or commercial billing record for final charges.

Before closing a production:

1. Check the Dashboard or Instance Manager for resources still running.
2. Stop anything no longer required.
3. Return to Usage after records have updated and review unexpected activity.
